Is need bad?
What do we need? Do we really need many things? If we have all we need, then what is missing? Is it good to have it all? Can we have it all? In daily life, people mention that their happiness is having everything they need, but now that they don’t have it, they aren’t happy? Or people with babies they want fewer babies because they can’t give them all. Is needing bad?
People in need are capable to stand up for themselves and be able to survive without chances, they are less likely to succeed, but history shows us the exact opposite: David and Goliath, the Wright brothers, Gandhi, Malala, Steve Jobs, etc. we can come up to many other great people that are successful even though they had so little to make a fortune, build an enterprise, conquer another world, change the world’s views and way of life.
All those people are known as the underdog, people who have not expected anything from them and they end up giving all they had to everyone. David defeating Goliath is a story that shows us how the little, the weak, the sick, the unloved, the worst kind of persona is able to survive and change the game of life by doing things in their own way and realizing that if they had everything the surely wouldn’t succeed. Having need is great for human development, because «need is the mother on invention» and is necessary to make the world grow, take the people to other heights, make humanity great. Just add some needs to people around you and you can see how they grow.
