Little things

We tend to qualify that big is better, but the more we have the more miserable we feel and the more we expect. There is a saying: «God is in the details» meaning that every little thing we may take for granted is planned to reach perfection. Every element that composes the whole is just right and it is essential to the construction of everything.

In science, there is a principle: «the whole is bigger than the part» which means that a clock is formed by its part, but giving us a number doesn’t mean they gave us a clock, just a number.

Also, it is impossible to judge someone for an aspect without knowing the whole person. That is why a generalization of a country or an enterprise cannot be seen in just a member or a citizen, we must know everything so we can judge. When we look for the little things in life we can be sure we have done a good job, but we have to know that those tinny elements are part of a bigger scheme.

Life has its details and we can appreciate them by focusing on them; that is what makes things different from one another. Those small details are worth the things we can do, want and aim for.
