Odysseus tips

The greek hero Odysseus is the main character in the Homeric epic: The Odyssey. Where our hero spend years traveling to get home to his family and his kingdom. There are many valuable lessons we can learn of the hero Odysseus to get on with our life and to get where we want to be:

Odysseus is resourceful, he has a tremendous amount of wandering, and he also has a story in his background. He has a past: Troy. During this wandering, during this period of dislocation Odysseus doesn’t just shrink into himself, feel sorry for himself, and, and fearfully stay away from what’s around him. He sees a certain amount of serendipity. There are lots of things to see out there in the world.

Odysseus is willing to learn, beside curiosity he likes to know new things, he is capable to face his ignorance. When he’s out there, there are many cities of men for him to see. He’s not fearful of people that are different or places that are different. He also is going to learn the minds of the people that he runs into in these many cities. He assimilates those, listens to them and brings them into his own character. This is what gives him his power and his ability to be resourceful. He knows all kinds of ways in and out because he is a wonderful student of how different people view the world.

Odysseus is a man of suffering. Many pains he suffered. Heart sick on the open sea. So he has a very intimate relationship with pain, difficulty, suffering, and also at the same time endurance. When he undergoes awful things, again, he doesn’t just turn tail and feel sorry for himself. He bears up under them and presses forward.

When Odysseus endures pain, he fights back. Fighting to save his life and bring his comrades home. A homeward, a journey that he is trying bring his men on. So he’s trying to move them, to find their way home. Odysseus could not save them from the difficulties that awaited them.

Odysseus is who takes action, and gets things done. He’s gonna need some guidance. He’s gonna need some help.

With tools, Odysseus can fix anything. He gets his axe chops down the trees in a beautiful elegant set of motions. It’s extremely efficient. He strips them, plains them, gets them perfectly true, binds them together, erects a mast, puts together the all the different kinds of tackle that are required to make his sailing vessel sound and he’s got you know, within no time, a few days, he’s got a perfect ship ready to go. And once he gets started on that craft, the building, he can’t be stopped.

Odysseus is extremely capable in the arts of language. First of all, make sure to make a connection with this group of young girls because he’s going to need an ally, someone to help him. He, in, in this abject position has no way to rejoin human society.

Being a hero like Odysseus one must be prepared to face whatever destiny has in store, doing things that proves us be worth living and get to where we want to be.
