Please, fail

We live in a world where people think that being happy is to get everything right. I’ll explain, we believe that being happy or having a fulfilled life is to be succesful, getting everything you have worked for, so young people and the next generation have a lot to bear, not only to be happy, but to never fail; from a business perspective. If we ask a millenial if Bill Gates is happy, they are likely inclined to say yes because of all the money he has made, and with it came the rest.

It seems that those who failed are further away from being happy than those who have what they want. So to be happy we need to be far from failure, instead of being capable of finding yourself, but then again, to be whatever we want, we need to know who we are. We like to think that those who are succesful in their businesses are happy.

Great businessmen may suceed in the money business but not in their existence. They may have the same doubts we have about ourselves. Money may buy things but not meaning, nor a sense of belonging, nor success.

To fail is to learn; when we are younger, we are constantly failing and we don’t care because we have nothing to lose, but when we get older we value other things that we didn’t and we are more afraid to lose them.

When we fail we are able to see ourselves in the world and realize that life is hard but not impossible to live it. The main thing is to keep on going strong with what we believe and want to build and be successful. Failure is key to continue, to do the impossible, to be creative in finding other solutions to make it in life.
