Why commit?

Everything in life is a choice, we are always choosing things around us: when to wake up, what to wear, how to dress, what to eat, when we are heading for work, talking, doing, etc. We are taking choices about everything in our lives.

If we have a choice among many others it is impossible to make up our minds and if we choose then we will always be having second-thoughts and doubts will arise every time thinking if this was the best choice.

Instead when we have only one choice we feel confident and comfortable that we made the right choice and be satisfied with the decision. Once we make a choice we reject other things. Even if we are not making a choice we have a responsibility of everything that happens and rejecting the decision we have not taken. 

When we choose we make a commitment, a responsibility to be focused, because we are no longer distracted by the unimportant and frivolous. We consider things in a different point of view, towards an end.

Commitment gives you freedom because it hones your attention and focus, directing them toward what is most efficient at making you healthy and happy.

Commitment makes decision-making easier and removes any fear of missing out; knowing that what you have is good enough.

Commitment allows us to focus intently on a few highly important goals and achieve a greater degree of success than you otherwise would.
