Let it go
Life has many ups and downs, we are always changing ideas, postures, beliefs and workouts to continue our path. We might say “what path?”, where do we want to go in life? This is one of the most important questions we need to figure out to make life the most of it.
The need to survive is natural in humankind when we feel ourselves at risk, but what happens when we have every need fulfilled, we barely need things to survive, but we still feel like it. Why? Perhaps it is because we are missing a purpose to fight for…
Our past has shown us that many things and actions have helped us before, but now life has changed and we need to upgrade our needs and desires, so we need to let go of what worked to move forward to another strategy. And this is uncomfortable, it hurts. We knew how life worked, but now we need to do other things.
Stop clinging to the past and embrace the future with present actions. That is the way to move on and fill with purpose every day. To let go of what worked in the past and thank it, now we need to upgrade our game to face the future. If we cling to the past we will be in a constant sense of danger instead of building strategies to make our lives worthy. We need to renounce to ourselves, to let go of our ego to see life for what it is, and to make a purpose out of it.
Get rid of the useless weight that helped us be here and now, but if it is not useful anymore, then it is time to thank it and level it. Life is a constant change and a permanence of invaluable knowledge, we need to stop clinging to the past and live in the present to build the future we want. What are you waiting for?
